What is the Fermentation Process of Disposing Manure?

The fermentation process of manure is divided into: composting, heating, turning and throwing, odorless, loose, and becoming fertilizer. When composting, 80% of livestock manure and 20% of straw are crushed and mixed. The mixing ratio of straw and manure can be determined according to the moisture content of manure. Generally, when using the manure fermentation machine,  it requires 65 percent of the water content, that is, the hands are squeezed into a ball, the fingers see water, but the water does not drip, and it will dissolve as soon as the hand is released. Then add corn flour or rice bran and strains. The function of corn flour is to increase sugar for fermentation of strains, so that the multi-dimensional complex enzyme bacteria will quickly become dominant. Add the prepared mixture to the mixer for mixing. The mixing must be even and thorough without leaving any lumps.

The mixed ingredients are piled into strips with a width of 1.5 meters to 2 meters and a height of 0.8 meters to 1.2 meters. The length is not less than 5 meters. When using the compost turn equipment for manure, you should pay attention to proper oxygen supply and turning the pile (the temperature rises to 75 ℃ or above, it will be turned over Several times), the temperature rise is controlled at about 65°C, too high temperature will affect the fermentation product. The moisture content of the femented manure should be controlled at 60 to 65 percent. Too high or low is not conducive to fermentation, too little water, slow fermentation.

Application of organic fertilizer disc granulator

Matters needing attention before starting up organic fertilizer disc granulation equipment.

1. Check whether the fixed base is fixed firmly to avoid movement caused by power on and off.

2. Check and add gear oil to the scale line, check the rotating shaft at the back of the disc and inject high temperature resistant grease.

3. Connect the motor according to the wiring requirements, checkwhether the rotation direction of the organic fertilizer disc granulation equipment is correct, and adjust the line when reversing (do not operate without electrician experience)
4. It is specially suggested whether the ground wire of the motor is installed in place and firm, and should not be fixed on the insulating object. Whether the ground wire and the motor are effectively connected must be considered (wiring according to the electrical operation specification).
5. Adjust the water spray device to the appropriate position and check whether the atomization degree is fine enough.
6. Roughly adjust the disc inclination of the disc pelletizing equipment for organic fertilizer (it is suggested to adjust half of the adjustment value of the screw rod, and then adjust it according to the particle size during the test run)

 

Raw material requirements of organic fertilizer disc granulation equipment.

  1. The moisture content of raw material should not be greater than 20%, so as to avoid the phenomenon of production reduction and poor particle effect. Such as fully composted cow manure, chicken manure, horse manure, pig farm waste and so on.
  2. The fineness of raw materials passing through 20 mesh sieve has good spheroidizing effect, and the surface of particles is full and round.
  3. When the raw material is larger than 1 mm, there are small particles on the surface after spheroidization.
  4. If the raw material particles are irregular, there are large and small particles, and there are also 20 purposes for 2mm particles. After granulation, there must be a round throwing machine for rounding.
  5. It is suggested that it is not suitable to use organic fertilizer disc granulation equipment for granulation of non absorbent raw materials.
  6. It is especially suggested that the insoluble materials should be granulated with soluble water and viscous materials.
